This course is dedicated to those looking to master the art of baking.

Students will get access to all recipes and videos showing the how-to behind plus guidance from Chef Ribana. She shares her over 30 years of experience as a patisserie chef and recipes which she uses in her well-established successful bakery.

As a bonus students will get access to online tutorials on how to build and decorate cakes using the baking done during the course but generally course will focus on mastering baking.
